Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because retiring a carbon credit is a service we perform on your behalf — permanently cancelling that credit in the official registry so it can never be sold or claimed again — we cannot reverse a retirement once it has been carried out.

To respect your withdrawal right without leaving your order in limbo: after you order, we hold a short window (currently 24 hours) before submitting the retirement to the registry. Contact us within that window and we will cancel and refund your order in full, no questions asked. If you explicitly confirm at checkout that you'd like your credit retired immediately, or once the window has passed, retirement proceeds and the purchase becomes final under EU consumer law.

If something goes wrong on our end — a project is unable to deliver, or an error occurs with your order — you will always receive a full refund.
